Evelina Darling is a highly irresponsible teen who loves to ride her skateboard inside. A handyman stops by to make some much needed repairs to her apartment. She's not going to let him get any work done at all. A teen who's idea of a good time is riding a skateboard inside is a girl who will do just about anything.
