Koyelaanchal unveils itself through Saryu Bhan Singh (Vinod Khanna),an ex-owner turned Mafioso of the region, who through his sheer brutality & blatant defiance of law of the land, forces the people & the authorities to acknowledge him as their 'maalik'.
