Their latest assignment is the mechanical engineering company Salerno AG in Oberhausen. Once there, it quickly becomes clear that the company's employees do not see the team of consultants as helpers, but rather as the enemy. After all, the restructuring of the company could mean its possible closure and thus jeopardize the existence of thousands of jobs.
