"WILD Cats" and "COBLA", two major organizations that engage in a fierce battle for Nawabari in the "D" district, where drugs, prostitution, rape, murder, and violent crimes are infested. The anger of Sho (Junya Takagi), the leader of WILD Cats, who was kidnapped by leader Tony for his lover's wishes exploded.
