Shinsuke Sugawara (菅原 慎介, Sugawara Shinsuke, born August 28) is a Japanese voice actor from Ibaraki Prefecture. He is affiliated with Sigma Seven. He was affiliated with Clare voice until December 31, 2021 and, after a period as a freelancer, he joined Sigma Seven on April 1, 2022.
